MALA were responsible for a range of services for Fortius Sports Clinic located on Fitzhardinge Street, London.

CAT B works included;

• -Refurbishment of CAT B Existing Base build ventilation;
• -New Air Handling Units with CHW & HTG Coils;
• -Installation of new VRV systems;
• -New AC system serving comms room;
• -Installation of new domestic services serving 32 Patient Rooms;
• -Install new local services to MRI suites.

Working with the main contractor Paragon the project was completed in Apr 2016.
